The following is an agreement between you, the purchaser, hereby referred to as "the client" and LASTLVL Mastering, the seller/service provider hereby referred to as "LASTLVL". If you do not agree to the following simply do not continue to use our services

There are no refunds or guarantees of any kind unless otherwise stated in this terms of service agreement.

LASTLVL reserves the right to change or cancel or modify the prices, discounts, guarantees, contests, and terms of service at any time. Any past/previous client will be subject to the most current updated terms of service. LASTLVL also reserves the right to offer different price quotes and rates to different clients, or the same client, by LASTLVL's discretion. Anything referred to as "free" (ex. contests, special offers etc) has no guarantees of completion, especially if the free offer has been discontinued, even if the order was submitted before the discontinuation date. Prices for services may change, and may not be updated on this website; in this situation the client will be subject to the new price or may be refunded at the discretion of LASTLVL.

LASTLVLMastering.com states that "you will receive your track within 24-48hrs on average."  Although this time estimate is commonly accurate. This is not a guarantee, this is simply an estimated wait time. LASTLVL agrees that the work will be completed, but does not have a guaranteed time frame. There are no included revisions. Revisions may be provided at LASTLVL discretion and may include an additional charge based on the requested content/tasks of the revision and the availability, and willingness of LASTLVL and its associates. There are no implied guarantees of turnaround timeframe, satisfaction, or refunds.

 

The client agrees to provide the credit for mastering anywhere where this information may be listed as follows "Mastered by Aramis at LASTLVL Mastering". The client reserves the right to use the LASTLVL logo on their cover art, website, or anywhere there music is distributed for the purpose of providing the credit for mastering the music. The client agrees not to credit another engineer for the work provided by LASTLVL as well as not to credit LASTLVL for another engineers work.

 

All album arts and artist names included on this website are property of their respective owners and are use only for portfolio, credit, and marketing purposes. Square Cash, Cashapp, Wetransfer and PayPal are not affiliated with LASTLVL and all logos, trademarks etc are property of their respective owners. By choosing a payment method/payment provider (ex. Paypal), the client agrees to any fees associated with sending the payment including but not limited to taxes, processing fees, convenience fees, and overdraft fees, whether it is charged directly to the client or LASTLVL and it's associates, and whether the charge(s) may be accrued in the past, present, or future. The client agrees that if the payment is not completed and processed, and the funds are not available to LASTLVL  the work will not be done. The client agrees not to dispute charges with the payment processor (ex Paypal, Square Cash, Chase Bank). If any charges are reversed, intercepted, cancelled, or refunded by any other entity (ex PayPal) The client agrees to pay the total amount within 14 days.

 

LASTLVL and its associates do not take responsibility for any copyright, plagiarism, and related issues. By submitting music for mastering the client agrees that LASTLVL will not be sued, and no legal action will be taken against LASTLVL and its associates for any reason whatsoever. The client also agrees that LASTLVL and its associates may include your music and or related artwork and information as part of its portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by the client. LASTLVL is not responsible for any files that have been lost, deleted, corrupted, modified, or sent to the wrong email/recipient. LASTLVL is not responsible for any expenses that incur related or unrelated to the services provided.

LASTLVL does not claim to provide distribution, artwork, mixing, cd duplication, management, file storage, record keeping, copyright claims, physical products, software, training, certifications, documents, tax information, travel expenses, facilitation, endorsements or sponsorship.

 

LASTLVL is not responsible for file compatibility, injury or damage of any kind accidental, intentional, or incidental. The client is responsible for any damage or other issues due to virus transmission via files uploaded. The client agrees not to submit and/or upload files containing or infected with viruses, corruptions, malware, trojans, advertisements, spam, scams, copyrighted content, misleading information or anything other than the files required for the services to be provided as specified on our website in the proper format.
